Full Bloom was outsourced through 1800-FLOWERS to deliver ~$100 bouquet for my wife's Bday. Delivery was received FAST but 800FLOWERS' sent the wrong description to Full Bloom. After investigating, I was able to speak with the owner, Christine Bullard (?), who promptly agreed to resolve the same day mid-afternoon.
From now on, I will go straight to the source for prompt, courteous, quality work!! Thank you for your help, FULL BLOOM!!!
