I live outside the area, and took a chance calling Full Bloom rather than using a national delivery service for a birthday delivery. The flowers I ordered arrived on the date specified, fresh and beautiful, but the arrangement was different from what I expected. Owner Kristen and her staff went above and beyond to ensure it was made right. Excellent product, excellent customer service!
